Postage and Terms

 

No minimum order required.

Delivery - Order by 2pm and we will try our very best to dispatch your order the same day.

Should you require your goods urgently a Parcel Force Express Delivery is available if you contact the store by phone. This service is available for UK mainland only.

Please note we are closed on Christmas and New Year’s Day so no parcels will be dispatched.

 

Please note we do not guarantee delivery time and Stage Door cannot be held responsible for late deliveries and no refund will be paid for late deliveries.

UK mainland only, excluding the Scottish Highland, Northern Island and other offshore islands.

Shipping Prices:

 

Total products costing    £0 - £39.99        =   £3.95        3 – 5 working days

Total products costing    £40 - £189.99    =   £5.95        3 – 5 working days

Total products costing    £190+                =   £9.95        3 – 5 working days

 

Price Policy

 

All prices are quoted in GBP sterling inclusive of VAT when applicable (or net prices outside the EEC). We do not charge VAT for the Channel Islands however please ensure the correct country is selected when placing your order otherwise the VAT will be charged.

 

All prices are subject to change without notice.

 

The property and title both legal and equitable in any merchandise sold or agreed to be sold by the company will not pass to the customer until all sums due to the company have been paid in full. Until such payment is made the customer shall if requested by the company store the merchandise in such a way as to show that it clearly remains the property of the company.  

 

Stock Levels

 

We endeavour to keep our stock system as accurate as possible. There may be occasions where an item has gone out of stock. We will contact you by email to ascertain whether you would like the item to be put on back order and dispatched to you as soon as it becomes available or if you would like that item cancelled then we would send you a refund.
