The required dress code products are available to purchase below and throughout our website. The dress code guidelines as provided by Bird College for each subject are:

Ballet:

Option 1:

• Tight fitting leotard (of any appropriate style and colour of your choice)

• Black footless tights or flesh tone ballet tights as per your choice

• 1x Flat canvas ballet shoes 

• 1x Pointe shoes, with toe caps or animal wool

Contemporary:

• Genre appropriate tight- or loose-fitting clothing

Jazz:

Option 1

• Black footless tights & tight-fitting coloured leotards of your own choice

• Kneepads

• Any tight tops

• 1 x black jazz shoes with rubber split sole

• Trainers/basketball shoe/pumps

Musical Theatre:

Option 1

• Bright coloured leotards, any style is acceptable

• Black tights 

• 1 x Black So Danca X Strap Character shoe 3inch 

• Black character skirt

​

Tap:

Option 1

• Leotards and leggings/tights - will be worn for some tap styles

• Low heeled tap shoes (Definitely not split sole)

• High heeled tap shoes (1 x black shoes with teletone toe and heel taps

       (Definitely not split sole)
