Returns 

Any and all products returned for a refund or exchange must be sent back within 30 days of its original purchase date and in the same condition it left our store, including: its original packaging, unworn and with all labels still attatched on or inside the product.

Any worn, dirty or misused items will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and Stage Door has the right to refuse the customers request if any of these apply.

For hygenic reasons all underwear, tights & socks cannot be exchanged or refunded at any time. 

As a result of a lot of dance wear shops closing down customers have attempted to return other stores products and online purchases to us. As a result of this a copy of your proof of purchae (receipt) will need to be provided via post or email in order to consider any refund or exchange request. Without this proof of purchase the customers request will not be granted at any time. 

Sale items are exchangeable only within 30 days of its original purchase, considering they apply to the terms mentioned above and are not refundable. Proof of purchase is necessary along with original tags still attatched.

If the item has been damaged and the fault is ​not a manufacturing issue for example misuse or wear and tear the item is unable to be refunded or exchanged due to its unsellable condition. 

You may return any unused items in a resalable condition for a refund or exchange within 30 days.

 

All orders are double checked however if any errors occur please inform us within 48 hours from receipt of order at stagedoor1@btinternet.com 

If you wish to return any item for a refund you must inform us via email on stagedoor1@btinternet.com or via telephone on 020 8309 0877 within 30 days of purchase to be eligible. 

When returning items for refund or exchange it is your responsibility to return goods to us at your own cost unless there has been an error in your order or a faulty item. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

We recommend that you insure the return shipment and retain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels unless you have proof of posting. Items returned postage unpaid way not be delivered. Please allow 12 working days for your return to be received and processed.

 

On returns we cannot accept requests for additional items above the quantity of the original order. A new order should be placed on the website.

 

Customers for all international orders (non EU) are responsible for import duties that may be levied. Stage Door is not responsible for these duties and will not be able to calculate them. It is up to customers to ascertain whether they will be required to pay impart duties and how much they will be.
