Online Return Policy
You may return eligible items for a refund within 30 days (only online orders) of its original purchase date, within its original packaging, unworn, all labels still attached and in the same condition it left our premises.
Any worn, dirty or damaged items will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.The postage for any refunds or exchanges is up to the customer.If you need to replace an item you have purchased, please return the unwanted item to us for a refund and then place a new order for the required item.
We advise all customers to send items back on a tracked service and that you obtain proof of postage as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
For hygienic reasons all underwear, tights and socks are not eligible for return if the seal is not intact on the package, or any labels have been broken, product removed from packaging or tried on.
If you have received an incorrect or faulty item please contact us first before returning the item. If the item has been damaged and the fault is not a manufacturing issue (for example: misuse or wear and tear) we are unable to refund due to its unsellable condition.
